i HATE my prom dress?

So, my prom is at the end of June, and my prom dress already cost me a fair bit, so I can’t buy another one, not that my mum would let me anyway. I ordered it from dressespro which is supposed to be by measurements but it doesn’t fit. I know that it isn’t such a good idea to order it off the internet, but it’s too late now. It’s floor length, and it’s supposedly chiffon, but it’s shiny. I have never seen shiny chiffon in my life, if i’m honest. It has embroidery on the front of the bust, and the bust does not fit AT ALL. I have a fairly large bust and it’s so ill fitting that i can’t work out whether it’s too big or too small, it’s awful. It’s also far, far too long. To give an example of how much, even when i wear 5 inch heels underneath it, i still step on it as it’s dragging on the floor. It doesn’t flatter my figure and I am pretty sure there’s nothing i can do but i just wanted to ask if there’s ANY way there’s anything i can do, i’m just so desperate

I would call the company where you got the dress from and explain your situation they should understand
